About Dr. Rochelle
No stranger to implicit and institutional biases, Dr. Rochelle is an advocate for women of color in STEM and the advancement of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Working at the intersection of continuous quality improvement, the advancement of women faculty in STEM, and full participation of Black Americans in STEM, much of her work has focused on improving workplace cultures to ensure the full participation of underrepresented populations.
As a practitioner, Dr. Rochelle is a dynamic keynote and facilitator on creating cultures of inclusion. She has given presentations and workshops in the Middle East, Europe, South America, and throughout North America to a wide variety of audiences from students, STEM faculty, and association leaders on program assessment and improving workplace cultures.

As the Founder/ Chief Strategist of The ARC Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm devoted to engineering change through education, advocacy, and research, Dr. Rochelle leads institutions, non-profits, and associations through training sessions focused on the ThreeEyes Approach.
